As we are customers here you will have to call Sky to they can start to arrange the return of this device. If you can print a return label then they might email it to you.

@jasondean  You need to call Sky to arrange a return, the community can't do that for you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Your post and  thread title are confusing.,


If you want to return a mobile or tablet, as long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
