It's not the point they didn't change the website I ordered mine later on last Friday still said it would be here tomorrow haven't heard nothing back.

This isn't about the excitement of a new phone, for lots of people it's about taking time off work after being given a delivery date. 
It's absolutely poor service! Sky should have contacted customer prior to today if they were unable to fulfil their delivery promise.

If the past 2 years are anything to go by you reps don't know anymore than we do, they will keep saying yes it's coming tomorow it's coming this day and that but they don't actually know basicly it's potluck you get it when you get it

Exactly why say it's gonna be delivered on a certain date if they can't match the demand

The only way you know it's coming is when DPD send you an email late the night before, or early the day of delivery. 

Sky's customer service reps over the phone can only really tell you what you can see on your own Sky account/tracking, they see the same dates we do.

I do think they could be better when it comes to anticipated delivery dates which are further away.

For example, on the order pages some phones have "Delivery from [date]", whereas others say "Delivery on [date]". Surely Sky should know when they're getting stock, especially in the short term and can anticipate whether it's "from" or "on".

@Wurst1 100%, if they just changed the wording not so many people would be as irritated and they'd cover their backs a bit more with delays like this.

I've previously only got a message from DPD the morning of delivery so it could still come tomorrow for some

Hi. We expect your iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB Blue to be delivered by 26th September. We'll email you a day before it's delivered. Thanks for your patience.

Currently I'm in the position that Argos will deliver the case but sky won't be delivering the phone! 😅 ah well...

When will my phone will come because I order it on 15 of September and it still not here I even called sky an they said that they will update it now on the 19th so I'm not really sure

I got no Confirmation  email ,but it was in my order via My Sky.?
