Hey I ordered mine on the 26th of September and told it will be here on Friday this week

Ok. So I got a text the 24th saying my phone will be delivered by the 1st which is Friday. I ordered on the 1st October. I spoke to 2 agents this morning and they said if I have had a message saying it will be sent by then. It will be.  
I then informed them if I do not hear anything by Thursday from DPD for delivery Friday I will be filing a complaint with trading standards and ombudsman.

Also to date, I have made 5 separate complaints to sky. And found out that despite what date you ordered, any form of VIP get theirs first. Which again is unfair if we ordered 2 weeks before you and you got yours after 10 days of waiting.

@markieboi That list doesn't exist either unless you are gold VIP. Sky have made that clear to me

in that case it means they have lied to everyone and they aren't following it from order dates or VIP customers. It means it's a free for all and they haven't got a clue. Even more reason to report to trading standards. So much fake information being given for such a well known company.

Like I said above and it's not there anymore. I ordered the 1st October and was told 3 weeks. It's over that now, I have contacted sky almost daily. No update. Apart from that text I have received nothing. So if I don't recieve my phone by the 1st I'm going to be escalating this outside of sky.

@markieboi I've said that to myself for 2 weeks now. And they've still not done anything. So I'm giving them until Thursday, if I haven't heard from DPD. This information is being sent to someone who will sort it out
