Just spoken to sky on the phone and have been estimated another 3 or more weeks wait on top of the 4 weeks i have already waited for the desert titatium 16 pro max!

I ordered the iPhone 16 pro max 4 weeks ago tomorrow, have had no further update, yet I know acquaintances that have received their phone within 2days with yourselves. Is there any update on when I shall receive my phone?

@pizzalife @J0rd4NWr1ght  Submit a formal complaint, it takes a few days but they'll get back to you... And then you'll get updates, I guarantee it. That's what I did and only got updates afterwards

Unfortunately, nobody in here can tell you. You need to get in touch with Sky. I ordered on 28th October, and was only updated after logging a formal complaint.

Log into the sky mobile site, and right at the bottom there's a hyperlink to do it... I assume it'd be there on desktop too. 

You submit it, and a day or so later they reply. It's long winded but you get information etc.
