So I ordered an iphone 16 they said I have an error on my account then said that's okay and they'll send it anyway theyve now sent me the letters and all that but my phone has now disappeared from my account it says I don't have a contract anymore after I've signed the credit agreement and everything else

Your post in't very clear as to what is happening or what are these letters you have been sent so if you now can't see the order on your account then you will have to ask Sky as to what is happening.

I meant to say they're the letters to confirm that my order is coming and I've just had nothing but problems since first ordering the phone lol and now when I try to order a different one it just gives me an error

Unless you want a second mobile then I wouldn't order a second one until you have asked Sky about this original order that you placed.

Ordered on the 10th Oct, just been told on the phone my IPhone 16 pro max BT 256GB will be here inbetween the 1st and 7th of Nov, not sure if I believe it but we will see

Not a clue haha, I got told about 3 different things, got lied to 5 times, raised so many complaints and the "managers" are 0 help🤣🤣. But I guess I just hold out until the 7th latest

well my time on the forum has come to an end. A week of mixed messages and fear it was going to take another 3 weeks or possibly till December but my phone has turned up this morning.

Really hope it comes soon for those of you I've spoke to here who have been waiting the same time or longer. Make sure to get that complaint in too for all of this, even if it's just some money off the bill better than nothing!!
