@JawadKhan @I ordered 2x 16 pm DT 1tb on 18 Sept I've not received any text updates or any communication from Sky since the confirmation emails.  I got hopeful when you said you got a text update today but no, I didn't get anything.

No email from DPD with tracking yet but even if it came Friday that would be just in time for me going away next week so fingers crossed! It's the pro max, 256gb, natural and I ordered on 26/09

You'll probably find it'll be dispatched today then delivered either tomorrow or Friday. You'll be relieved. I'm still currently on back order 🤣 decided today it'll come when it comes need to try stop letting this overtake my life 😂😂

They did say on the phone last time I spoke to them it will probably be Saturday it Monday delivery and that was before it actually came in stock so feeling hopeful. It must have updated overnight for me because with the no life I have I checked at about midnight but still said coming soon so I hope yours comes in the next week!!

You don't tend to ever need photo id for a delivery. It's typically just a signed delivery, so you have to give a signature and that's it.  You should be fine ☺️

@conalbarbarian it actually says in the DPD email that they won't even ask you to sign for it and will just take a pic as delivery evidence so doesn't look like ID needed anymore! When I got my last phone from Sky the DPD email actually stated you need ID upon delivery so you should be alright
