Hey, I ordered the iPhone 16 pro max on Monday 17 to Sepetmwber 2024 and the delivery is still saying coming soon, and on back order.
However, when signing up for the phone and contract I was told I would have it within the 7 days?
is there a reason why I haven't received any updates? And what does back order mean?
Am I guaranteed a phone before Christmas, I currently don't have one as my old phone contracted ended and the phone itself broke!!

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
After the credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into stock levels or the timescales.
