Just phoned sky and they said my order should be with me by the end of this week or beginning of next week, so fingers crossed, I ordered the black titanium pro max if that helps

I ordered my iPhone 16 pro max DT 256gb on the 23/09. 

Received no update since ordering only confirmation of my order. 

rang sky last week, they apologised and placed a credit on my account and advised I should get it shortly. 

I spoke with sky today and apparently I'm due to receive it this week. 

I am sceptical, as they have been giving everyone else different time scales.  

if my phone isn't here this week I am cancelling. 

Absolute joke of a service.

DPD can insist on photo I.D. and have been known to refuse delivery otherwise. Having said that I've had a number of mobiles through DPD and they haven't asked but have taken a photo of parcel being received. If another family member with the same surname as you has photo I.D. they can accept the parcel on your behalf. DPD sometimes now send a code to the customer on the day of delivery to give to the driver when they arrive although no one has mentioned that process on the forums for a while.

Question for anyone who has got their phone. My DPD just shows they're still waiting to receive the order from Sky but Sky is showing it's to be delivered tomorrow, was this the case for any of you and did it actually get delivered to DPD then you next day?

Ordered mine (16 Pro Max 256gb Black Titanium) on Oct 1st, rang sky last week and said I should be getting a delivery text hopefully end of this week/beginning of next. Still showing as on back order atm though...

@PumpkinPie24 It will be updates when it reaches to the nearest DPD hub to you!!! Then you will have the phone delivered tomorrow. Hope this helps
