I contacted sky today just to see what they have to say.

All they said was that they do not have any stock and are awaiting further updates from Apple and was basically told to wait it out and wait for the delivery updates when it becomes available for delivery.

They have apparently escalated this issue due to high demand and the number of people asking. They have absolutely no idea when they will receive any as the chat lines only deal with new or existing contracts, not delivery or stock of handsets.

if everyone got the same response I'd understand a bit more but being told your on a priority list for a handset they do not even have or know when they are going to get is ludicrous!!

I too put a live chat in as well as a complaint through the official channels pointing to this thread and the frustration for many with a lack of comms/updates.  I've had nowhere near as much delays as others here but........

.....coincidentally or not, I have just now received my email from Sky with a unique tracking ref, I assume the DPD details will follow tomorrow.

Seems that 16 Pros are way more available than Pro Max which seems pretty much non-existent in comparison.

I ordered the day before you but the pro max. So, guess they did get a delivery today just not the phone I ordered 😂

Sorry to hear that - hopefully it's just a timing matter and you'll get a message very soon too.  AS I said above, I made noise and filed my complaint this morning; would I have received my order update had I not done so?  I'll never know, but it may have been the catalyst.

@hobs80 I've been making a noise for a few days now. And no one seems to be moving, they told me to call back at 5 tonight if I haven't heard anything. I haven't yet,

@Emz0794 I asked what was going on before cancelling and they said it's still on back order and gave me the whole we don't know stock palava, then told me they'd speak to 'the back team' and then a different person came back on the phone and said how they were struggling to access my account to then be passed AGAIN to someone who then told me that I would have an update by Friday so I just cancelled, I can get it by Friday with Giffgaff rather than just hoping that I'll MAYBE get an automated response again on Friday.

Ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max 256gb in Natural on the 29th of September and got confirmation yesterday that it was on its way and would be with me today. Tracking hasn't updated on DPD since just after 12am today so I don't think I'll be getting it until tomorrow. Just relieved that I actually know it's coming now!

@Wiseman1 I ordered mine 3 days before you, exact same phone and storage but still have coming soon on my order tracking. Looks like yet another call to sky ugh
