It almost feels like it's a lottery eh? I also had massive issues with EE who had a system fault on the day of preorder launch where a lot of peoples preorders (mine included) got stuck in a limbo and EE made no effort to reach out and inform me of it. I had to called them 2 days after the phones launch and ask them why I hadn't received mine yet since I had preordered the very second that it went live. Which is why I then came to sky (and also to save £30 a month compared to EE)... maybe I should have just stuck with my original provider o2 lol!!!

He has even brought up sky community to read the message about someone getting the same device I ordered delivered tomorrow and he's trying to say this isn't correct because they don't have any devices. Apparently calling your customers a liar is the next step in their customer service!
