I don't normally but I was really just at my wits end earlier and with those flaring up I just didn't know what to do. As I said I wasn't not after any sympathy what so ever I promise you all!

Hopefully soon we will all receive a specific date for our phones or just randomly have a notification to let us know there is light at the end of the tunnel 🤍
