I orderd the 16pro max on launch day I got a message saying it will be arriving by last Friday then I got a message saying this Friday 

but have heard nothing today first time I have used sky mobile it maybe my last time

@Barber fair few of us are in the same boat as you. I was told mine would be delivered on the 20th, then was told the 27th and I've heard nothing today

@Barber I'm in the same boat! Spoke to someone earlier and they've said my account and complain have been risen to the manager and I'm now a priority. Told them I had the text a week ago for delivery for today but had nothing in form of communication and all they've said is that the Pro Max for all colours/GB is out of stock and on back order. No date was given as to when we should all receive it though unfortunately

Neil from Sky's priority team told me Apple only sent them 23k phones but they received over 90K orders. 

still doesn't explain us being fed nonsense by reps or being totally left in the dark
