On Tuesday I recieved a further text stating to expect my phone (pro max 512gb desert titanium) on October 11th. I had had a previous one for the 4th and before that the 27/09. Goal posts keep changing without my consent. Until I getdispatch, I won't believe a word of it.

It was almost like being in one of those “we were on a break” fights from *Friends*, where no one really knows what went wrong, but there’s definitely some misplaced blame and confusion. Poor Lauren1210 was left staring at the screen like Ross, wondering how she ended up in Sky’s bad books when all she wanted was an update—not a breakup!

Thought i'd join in on this chat as i'm still waiting with no updates as of yet. Ordered 16 Pro Max Desert on 16/09 and my order just says 'coming soon.'

My wifes 16 Teal arrived within 5 days so she's very happy and not at all flaunting it in my face 😩

I've just been on the sky chat thing and ended up closing the conversation 🤣 kept doing the usual bull of copy and paste messages, trying to tell me there's no stock, so I said 'well that's funny considering people received phones yesterday, are getting them today and tomorrow!' ..... back to copy and paste messages 'I hope this answers your query' so I replied 'I'm just going to say yes as I'm getting nowhere with this chat, have a good day' 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

@Titchx3 I know it's a joke, seen so many people who ordered same device as mine after me getting their notifications of it being dispatched. They text me on 19th saying by 4th Oct, how is that possible that people who ordered after got a text saying by 27th Sept. It's soul destroying

I’ll tell you what—if Sky really doesn’t have any stock, maybe, just *maybe*, they should stop with the constant Instagram ads for the 16 Pro. It’s like being taunted by someone waving a cookie in front of you when you know they’ve got an empty jar. It’s beyond frustrating! We get it, the phone exists… somewhere. But unless they plan on shipping it anytime soon, those ads are just adding salt to the wound.

I was getting the whole "well you were told by the 27th Sept, you will have to wait untill then". Given that is tomorrow, id exepct some upate today at least.

My account issues i was told "try another browser, or keep trying later".! Wow i didnt think of that no? I havent been trying to link the order since i made it, wow great advice there. Guess what it still dosnt work.

@Suze181 I feel bad that I ordered a few hours after you and got the empty promise text! Just winds me up so much they're telling us lies! Just tell us you have no idea! The guy I spoke to even made it out like I was thick by saying 'we are in constant contact with Apple who are in fact the manufacturer of the iPhone' dude I know!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

iPhone 16 Pro Max 256gb in desert titanium.

i was told 20th then received a text message a few days later stating 27th.
this morning I received an email stating it's on its way and one from DPD saying they are expecting my parcel, so those with the 27th text message it seems most of them are on their way.
