received an email from sky just now with my tracking details and link to DPD website saying we've received your parcel details and expecting it shortly

Ok, folks it may actually be happening. Last night my order status finally changed from coming soon to Friday 27th. Then this morning I've received an email from sky saying my order has left the warehouse and one from DPD saying they're expecting my parcel.
@champagneslay @lauren1210 @Suze181 @Titchx3 @EpicC I now keep checking this page to see if any of you have had any new updates.
I will still only really believe it when I receive my phone which now looks like it will be tomorrow. I'm at work on my own tomorrow so you all know I'll be locking up and heading home for that delivery slot whatever time that is, helps that boss is away 😉

Wow no response to my original question, I still can't add my new order to my account or a new one.!
My delivery can't be checked, told by the 20th Sept, then 27th Sept no updates. Sky themselves dont seem to want to care. Called them regarding account issues, delivery just being told I have to wait.

I'm afraid I can't offer any help as my order just appeared on the app in my account.
It's useless that sky customer service can't help you, I know they're very busy but surely they can sort this technical query for you.

@littlejiim Since the internet went off around Tues or Wednesday. Apparently my sky id has been connected to someone else's email and because a can't tell them that email they can't help me. I cannot track my phone or see my bill either now the only option they wanted to give me was to delete my account. Cancel my order and put thro a new order. I was like not a chance in hell. I never put my sky id onto someone else's email. So now am in the dark also as can't track or see my order. Also don't know how they expect to fix this when I need to check my contact and bills. Its an absolute shambles and I won't be going with sky again I will stick with 02 and Tesco.

I ordered under my sky account ID but can't track it on there. Was told to set up a new sky id by the telephone agents but get the "oh we're having technical problems" error when I try this.
On the sky chat now and just being fobbed off, been burnt 4 times with preorders with Sky every time the delivery dates change, don't know why I keep coming back.
