I have ordered the iPhone 16 pro mix 256GB Natural titanium on 13/09/2024.

had the email about being delivered by the 27th but no update since.

@Strawberrycow  me neither 😕 and every time i ask, all i get told is that they have my order in the system but there's no expected date due to there being no stock

@jagb I just dont understand how people who ordered 13th are not getting theirs yet but people who ordered 16th-20th are getting them? i ordered 18th so was aware i would have to wait a bit but never thought it would be a case of not having any communication at all. all i have is the confirmation email but then nothing after that god knows how the people who ordered 13th are feeling because id be fuming by this point

@Strawberrycow  i completely agree :') it's so frustrating for us, but i can't imagine how people who pre-ordered on the 13th must feel. this was all i got told when i messaged earlier:

"The delivery time depends entirely on the type of device, and even differs with colour and storage space. The more common ones such as the lower storages tend to be out of stock first, and the larger storage ones will typically be delivered sooner, so if people are ordering the same and getting delivery dates before you it is likely they have chosen different specifications. This stock issue is not just us and all providers are affected, this is a common occurrence with pre-orders as Apple rarely stock enough to provide us all."

Further update just received a email from DPD now saying my delivery will arrive tomorrow so it should definitely come

@champagneslay not a problem haha, I ordered the IPhone 16 Pro 128gb black, on the 16th at around 10am only just received an update today from sky around 1pm and then an email around 430pm from sky to confirm the delivery and then DPD emailed me and now on the DPD app it shows they are expecting my delivery

I'm so envious of the people who ordered after the preorder it honestly makes me wish I didn't so I'd get the phone faster. 

Although now i'm angry about how some of us who pre ordered and STILL left in the dark despite people who ordered later now having their phones arrive.

it's very frustrating. I was told today by the sky chat that they are expecting a delivery on the 21/10/2024 for the pro max's 256GB 

I have no idea when to expect my device now, thought I'd have it before I go away on Sunday but not looking likely at this rate.
