when I log on to my order for the new phone I get this. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same message.

Many days later, Anakin—if that even *was* his real name—was left staring at his inbox, wondering if his phone would ever ship. The updates had long since stopped making sense, and hope was dwindling. He wasn’t even sure what was worse: the endless waiting or the growing suspicion that he might never see this iPhone 16 in his hands. Am order 16 pro max on 13 pre order but no about that phone. When arriving I don't know

Spoken to Sky this morning and I was told this

"I see that the Device is in stock, but as i said it's in demand and this is can take time to get delivered, we have been advised to ask our customers to wait, & the once we get the update, you will be the first one to receive the tracking details and notification following the same."

I also told them I received an email saying it would be delivered from the 20th September and this was their reply:

"the email which you have received is due to glitch on system and do apologize for the inconvenience you had"

So to agree with what everyone else has already stated, Sky doesn't have a clue!

That should mean that while the 20th was the earliest possible date it can take up to 2 weeks from it.

Sky servers were down this morning internet etc and since then my order has vanished. Won't allow me to check the progress cos apparently it doesn't exist 🤷🏽‍♀️

The email I got on the 13th said "Great news - your new device will be delivered on 20th September" and then just to rub salt in the wounds I got a text on the 20th saying: "Hi. We expect your iPhone 16 Pro Max to be delivered by 20 September 2024. We'll email you a day before it's delivered. Thanks for your patience." But I've still had no update and tracking is showing "coming soon" 😭. Called customer service and they said "all I can do is ask you to wait".
