Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

Yeah my email was the same, says "on 20th of September" but my text and Sky app messages from the 19th say 27th of September (so you must be a bit ahead of me in the queue) and support are saying up to the 21st of October although it'll likely be before then. I looked at last years discussion on the iPhone 15 post and it's the exact same, everyone was being told by support that it would be up to the end of October but everyone started getting it before that date. Also from my calls with support the 21st of October date the latest they would expect.

Mine has vanished from dpd ..."incident with van". 3 texts Friday your driver had changed times ... then "delayed ". Sky advisors different versions .... told me issue with dpd and call them .... dpd say go back to sky ..... call sky back rude advisor talking over me and not listening .   Actually asked me if I could hear him !!! Said he Would let me talk then when I do just speaks over me . Put phone down on him in the end rang back got another more helpful advisor ..... however still no phone or update and still says "delayed " via dpd .  Dpd when I pushed via chat on WhatsApp admitted they had my parcel now they don't !!! Absolute farce

@Martinoc1 this is terrible to hear! especially from dpd and sky. someone mentioned earlier they had the same problem. which phone did you order?

just got a update my husbands white titanium pro max is being shipped tomorrow which is surprising ? hopefully my 16 plus will be updated soon, hopefully this is them sorting orders out now

We had the parcel, but now there is no trace, The only reason you need to inform your sender is because they have booked this order with DPD. Please do not worry if our team is still not able to locate your parcel. Your sender should be able to raise it with us on your behalf. As you paid your sender you are their customer and they placed order with DPD they are our customer, so you need to raise it via them. If there was really another way to help you, I surely would have helped you right at the start of the chat making things easier for both of us. Once again, I am sorry for the trouble caused to you.

we are both confused tho lol @champagneslay cause the guy he spoke to said mine should come earlier cause pro max's are high demanding which I know of as I have always had pro max's myself but seen the pink and needed it 😆 but I really hope that's them sorting orders out today, hope mine gets dispatched

Hi I ordered a iPhone 16 plus yesterday I'm just wondering because it was out of stock yesterday it told me 2-3 weeks now it's in stock will it be delivered earlier
