This is the first year ive ever had a problem with a pre-order. 
Every other year ive had it delivered on day of release. 

Im hoping it comes next week but like many others all i get is "you will receive updates when it is ready to be shipped" 

I would love to know however where all these places that have them in stock are. Even the nearest 12 Apple stores to me don't have any pro max's (well according to the Apple's website). 

maybe @KevNewMedia is able to give us all a insite on to whats happening, seeing as he made the original post?

Just so people aren't getting confused like myself, on the email it says delivery from 20th Sep. I've pre-ordered 16 pro so will probs be here by end of next week.

@Jacob04 For some people it said "from", depends what you ordered and when. For some it did say "on"

@EllyW311y  that's exactly what mine says, too — however, i was never given a date :') in my confirmation email, it just said my device & sim would be delivered by courier, it never said when, and i haven't received any emails or texts since i pre-ordered.

when i got in touch with them, i got told that my order was in their system, but i don't have an expectated delivery date as they have no stock atm 😕 

i'm neurodivergent, and all of this messing around is stressing me out. people are being told different things and you don't know what to believe :')

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.

You will need to call Sky to cancel that order. Remember that by ordering an alternative you will be credit checked again.

@jagb im neurodivergent too! I can  totally understand the stress I get like that too and the massive irritation I get when there's no updates etc just makes me upset and annoyed I've even spoke to one guy and he was incredibly rude told him Im neurodivergent and that I didn't understand the question and he didn't even care he was so rude towards me

I just spoke to someone again at Sky and I was told I should receive updates shortly. He also confirmed that I should get an update in 2-3 days. My sim card has been completed and he said that it means it's progressing through and should come with the phone. I ordered the iPhone 16 PRO MAX DESERT TITANIUM 256GB. If anyone else was wondering about there's.

@champagneslay you're doing better than me then, each time I've contacted them I've been told i will get info when it's ready and to keep an eye out for DPD. I ordered the same as you on release date. Either the people you guys are speaking to are actually helpful or they're just saying anything to get you off their backs. Hoping it's the first! 😔
