Just to check, I've got a confirmation stating 'on' the 20th, I've nothing appearing in the app? I'm assuming that's normal

I ordered on the same day as pre orders started, but my order confirmation says "from the 20th" does that mean it wont arrive on release.?

The 20th will be the earliest possible date of delivery.

Mine was 'from 22nd Sept' last year and i received mine on the 29th Sept.

Hi @Tahir91 you should receive it that day but until that day arrives no on can say for sure.

Just found that I'd ordered on a guest account when pre-ordering the phone hence I didn't have any update on my sky orders etc. Not sure how as I remember using my account to sign in. That said, they've moved this to my main account and said it will not affect my delivery. Maybe might help anyone not seeing anything on their Sky account after ordering.

What we have been told if it says on a certain date then that is when you should get it. If it says from that date then it can be from that date up to the next two weeks,

Mine has just changed from Devilery in Progress - Coming Soon to Delivery in progress - Friday 20th September. Didn't do that last year so I am hopeful it will come on time this year 🤞

Hi i preordered the Iphone 16 Pro Max on the 13th, the day of release and when i got to the checkout it didn't ask me what sim data plan i wanted so i thought i'll just use the one i already have. but now if i add a iphone 16 to my basket you can get half price on all sims for 12 months. just wondering why i didn't get offered this the first time.

I don't think any of us here can answer that. The only way to do this now would be to call Sky and have them cancel the order and then place it again along with a half price sim. Doing this will mean that you will be credit checked again.
If you did do this then there is no easy way to get the number you have transferred from the sim you have to the new one as you would need to move it to a PAYG network first then back to the new sim.
