Hi - I've taken out an additional SIM and have gone through the process of linking my SkyID to my mobile account (as per the email recevied). However when I log into Sky Mobile I don't see the new SIM appearing on the account.

was the additional sim ordered on the same account as the first
how was the order place phone or online (if online were you signed into your mobile account when ordering)

Yes I already have a Sky mobile account and the additional SIM was ordered through the same account. it was placed online and I was signed in at the time.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you have not activated it I presume then via your device that has the other sim in it call Sky on the free 150 number and ask them to activate it and to look into what account it was ordered on.
