Activating sim card

  • I lost my other Sim card which I seem to be still paying for which is only Lou. I have received my new SIM card which is under louise and I am trying to activate it. It's more complicated than I thought I wanted to keep the number from my O2 account, not sky But we could also do that another day if we could just activate the sim for now

I do not have the Sim card anymore. This is why I had to order a replacement.

I have merged your two posts together so they make it clear what your issue is.

 

If you order a replacement sim then it should have the same number as the lost one.

 

A new sim will have a new number.

 

You can activate the sim and move a number over from O2 anytime you want.
