I received my SIM card and inside the pack there are instructions to follow.
i tried to link this to mysky
everytime i completed the boxes, a message appeared saying oops there is a problem try again
i have tried over a week now and since i was unable to complete to do this i have been Charged another month from my current provider
do you want my custom?

We are customers here but to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
