Everything but my number has transferred to new Sky mobile

I've moved to a ESIM, but the number hasn't gone over. 
everything on the phone works but no calls

Are you transferring a number from a different network @PaulCalladine and if so when did you give Sky the pac code ?

Yes pac code was given and they said it would switch today. Rang them and they said it would be done by tonight but still showing old number

When did you give Sky the pac code, Friday, Saturday etc...

Then it should have happened today so I would give it to early evening tomorrow and if it hasn't then you will have to chase Sky up again.

The PAC code was given weeks ago, the eSIM hasn't been set up and it won't accept the manual attempts, the QR code didn't work either.
