Activate New SIM and Keep Number

Hi I am trying to Activate my daughter's new Sky SIM and keep her old number, however, when i try to do this i keep getting an error message reading "

Sorry, we can't activate your SIM at the moment

Please re-submit your SIM activation request and any requests to transfer your number and/or cancel services with your old provider."

I have the PAC code from her old supplier and also the Sky code from the new phone but it all ends with this error.

Hi @craiga76  have you tried just activating the sim first and not do the number transfer (that can be done later) ?

Hi @craiga76  have you tried just activating the sim first and not do the number transfer (that can be done later) ?

I've activated my sky sim will my old number switch over automatically in a day or two ? Thanks

Are you porting a number from a different provider and obtained a pac code from your old provider and given this to sky

Yes from a different provider but cause I was a prepay customer they said they could do it for me and didn't need to do anything.

@Stephen06  You need a PAC from your PAYG provider to give to Sky, there isn't another way regardles of what you've been told.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I am trying to register MY TM SIM recently at official website at:  https://tmregistration.ph/ and this network is working in Philippines, now i moved abroad and here its not getting registered so i need help,

This forum is for customers of sky mobile UK @maryjaydumalog  you will need to contact the company providing your sim for help.
