Hi I am trying to Activate my daughter's new Sky SIM and keep her old number, however, when i try to do this i keep getting an error message reading "
Sorry, we can't activate your SIM at the moment
Please re-submit your SIM activation request and any requests to transfer your number and/or cancel services with your old provider."
I have the PAC code from her old supplier and also the Sky code from the new phone but it all ends with this error.

I've activated my sky sim will my old number switch over automatically in a day or two ? Thanks

Are you porting a number from a different provider and obtained a pac code from your old provider and given this to sky

Yes from a different provider but cause I was a prepay customer they said they could do it for me and didn't need to do anything.
