The payment has been taking with out my knowledge for a lot more then expected aswell

Hi @Candice93  you aren't talking to sky CS here, just fellow customers. Look at your bill to see what the charges are for, roaming ? Premium rate calls ? Is this your first bill as that covers 2 months ?

What do you mean by "without my knowledge "?

 

We obviously can't see your bills. Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. It usually involves roaming charges, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.

Well my bill is £41  and they took £75 from my account and it's saying I'm now in credit by £34 so what's the need in taking it just for it to be as credit ?

How do you normally pay (direct debit or continuous card payment)? Did you make an unnecessary manual payment? Does the payment cover more than the usual one month period?

I missed my payment and had to pay at a later date I done that then payment was taking today but is it due till 26th

Sounds like some of that extra (£10?) might be late payment fees. Check your bill for a breakdown of the charges.

How late were you in paying? If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).

If you can't fathom out how Sky have reached that amount give them a call and an agent can go through it with you.

The current methods for contacting Sky are below and depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others……

🟦 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
