Cannot hear incoming and outgoing calls on my mobile

I  am unable to hear any incoming calls on my mobile phone and when I make a call to someone, they cannot hear me.  Unable to hear incoming and outgoing calls on my mobile. Is there a fault in my area with SKY network.  My area is BT6
