Watch sky go abroad

I live in Ireland and have Sky and want to watch it in other EU countries whilst on holiday but I get an error message about not being able to watch Sky Go outside of the UK.

@Herm1  This occurs when sky thinks your registered postcode is a uk one rather than Ireland

Any ideas how I can fix this?

@Herm1  you can't whilst your away , you will need to use it back home again first

If you’ve been watching Sky abroad for more than 30 days, you’ll need to watch again in the ROI to regain access to watch abroad, as we need to check you’re still a resident.

Thanks, but that doesn't really help as I only left Ireland yesterday!

@Herm1  When was the last time you used sky go at home as I believe that plays a part in registering your permanent residence

Understood, don't use Sky Go at home as have Sky TV. Will use it when I get home . Thanks for the info 😊
