I keep getting an error message on Sky Go saying the app is unable to connect to the stream. I’ve tried troubleshooting (restarted iPad, cleared cookies, reloaded app) but nothing works.

Further to this, it's also happening on my iPhone so presumably something wrong with my login/ID. It's not affecting my ability to watch live TV on Sky Go.

Thank you for your response. I'm trying to download or stream anything available within my subscribed channels. I've tried a variety of programmes from different channels and the same warning occurs for each.

Thank you, although not using a VPN, I am on an establishment's secured Wi-Fi. I've now turned Wi-Fi off and used 4G which has allowed me access to view and download programmes.
That explains the issue from my limited knowledge of this stuff. Really appreciate the help and sorry to have wasted anyone's time or bandwidth!
