Hi, I have a similar issue! I pay for TNT through the Sky App yet cannot access the TNT channels via my Sky Go app. I've never had a BT account.

Hi,
Same issue - I have updated my Sky package to include TNT Sport, it is working fine on the TV but not on Sky Go app. What was the fix please? Does it take some time to update the subscription on Sky Go?

Mine still isn't fixed. Been ages now and still good on TV but not on my sky go. Had to call sky and they are 'working on it'

I have a package with Sky that includes TNT sport, which I can watch on my tvs at home with no problem. However, when I try to watch on my iPad via the Sky go app, I get the message re needing to subscribe etc etc. I have spent 40+ minutes on the phone to Sky trying to find an answer, but not one of the three people I spoke to could help. Anyone out there with the same problem found an answer?

Don't know what's been done, but as of this evening I can now view TNT sport on my ipad! Result!!

I pay for tnt through sky. Works fine at home but not on sky go. Telling me to upgrade.... should be getting a discount for this shambles

I have the same problem as everyone else. I pay for the full sports package with Sky, including TNT to watch the cricket, and the Sky Go app says I have to upgrade. Fine to watch on TV but not on Sky Go. I'm missing all the cricket because of this debarcle... can Sky please rectify?!
