TNT Sports 1 is missing

The TNT Sports 1 channel is missing from my Sky Go even though it is part of my package - has anyone else had this issue or figured out how to fix it?

Same issue here in Wales. Tried the uninstall/sign in etc and still not showing at all.

I had a long chat with sky help desk and it's an app issue that they're working on but no immediate fix. It seems to affect customers randomly. They knew about the solution listed here, whete the channel is listed but without the graphics or name. I just don't see anything, the channel is missing entirely.

TNT sports has vanished from Sky Go. 
it doesn't show on any app version iOS or Xbox version. I have uninstalled and resigned in etc but it just isn't there it skips from 409-411 in the tv guide.

I have the same issue.  Tried signing out uninstalling and reinstalling still no TNT Sports 1.  Unable to watch the Charity Shield ☹️

Hi, TNT1 is missing from my sky go. I have TNT 2,3 and 4 available. I have tried the solution but the problem still exists. I have tried the solution on PC, Android tablet and Android Phone. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Just chiming in to say I'm having the same issue. 

It's a good job there's not any interesting games of football on TNT 1 today 🙃

Having the same issue as others with TNT Sports 1 not showing up on Sky Go. Logged off and on again and uninstalled and reinstalled app, checked for updates etc, to no avail. Started a live chat with Sky who eventually said they are aware of an issue and are trying to resolve it. If you're having the same issue I would try and let them know so they are aware of the scale of the problem.

It seems to be a Sky Go issue where it's just been outright removed, I've found where to watch under browse = 'live: FA community Shield' but when you click it then it actually says unavailable. It's like they've not actually added it for us to watch...

Hi all, I've managed a work-around. 

If you go to My Sky --> Your Products --> Manage Content Packs

Then you should be able to add the Discovery Plus app for free (since it's already included).

If you refrehs the page it should tell you "awaiting activation".

Go back into Manage content packs, and click Activate.

Then you can create an account on Discovery plus (if you haven't already), or sign in to an existing Discovery+ account, and watch it via that.

Not great, but i've got the game on now at least.
