It should tell you in your account on the Sky website or the MySky app on a smart device

Sky Go Extra is required for games consoles

Thanks I'll check that now. But it's worked up to today. Now it's not, did sky change it's policy on it?

You must have just got the app update recently. Sky Removed the TV from Sky app from consoles and replaced it with the Sky Go App, the Sky Go app has had its subscription checks fixed as it was broken in the TfS app

Says

You can't use sky go on this device yet. You'll need Sky Q Multiscreen, Sky glass whole home or sky go extra but I have a subscription and it's worked for years but stopped today.

But are any of the services mentioned actually in you list of subscriptions on your account?

Yes I am currently watching it on my phone , it used to work before the app updated it self

As mentioned many times before, Games Consoles have a requirement for Sky Go Extra where other devices don't, so your phone working has no relevance on your Games Console not working 😞
