Sky go stopped working on Xbox series X

Also need this addressing as we've been using Sky Go on the Xbox for years. Can you please sort this asap as this is a ridiculous update to make

What you need to do has already been posted multiple times in that you need Sky Go Extra on your account so give Sky a call to get it added.

Yes I had to ring them anyway when I asked they activated my sky go extra free of charge just annoying cause it worked before then stopped all of a sudden

As mentioned many times, the New Sky Go app validates the subscriptions differently than the Old TV from Sky app

I'm also having this issue.... Can no longer login on my xbox to watch the F1. Cannot find a human to chat to and check account details either. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

You need to call Sky and ask them to add Sky Go Extra to your account.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Hi . My issue has been sorted now. Thank you.

I am a diamond sky VIP user. I rang sky today and sky go extra has now been added to my account free of charge and my partner can now share my account on his Xbox at his home address
