Sky go issues

I get an error code that I'm not permitted to enter on this forum!  When I try and use Sky Go on mobile data or Wi-Fi outside my home. It works fine at home on both mobile data or Wi-Fi. 
I can use all other streaming services fine outside my home.

plus I work for Sky so this is particularly frustrating!

@Rach71  As you are staff you need to be raising this through the correct channels, IE the staff line.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
