I pay £5 not to have ads
I pay £5 not to have ads , all of a sudden I am getting ads again, quite annoying when I'm paying not to have them, it happened ages ago then they suddenly stopped, so question is why and anyone else have the same issues.

Do you pay for this on Sky Glass or Stream as this doesn't apply to Sky Go (where you have posted).

And if referring to Sky Glass or Sky Strram the ad-skipping add-on doesn't remove ads it allows you to fast forward them or selected platforms:
