Cannot login to Skygo on Apple TV

Hi, 

Sky go app on Apple TV isn't recognising my login details. 

have deleted and reinstalled app twice. 

working on my iPhone - any suggestions?

Do you have the Whole Home sub? It's necessary for Sky Go on Apple TV boxes.

It was working up until plugging in the sky box! 

Unplug the sky box?

What TV service do you have from Sky and are you a new customer ?

Do you have multiscreen (if you have Sky Q) or the Whole Home package if you are a Sky Glass or Stream customer ?
