Hi, I'm having the same issue. Yesterday I could login and watch SkyGo on my PS4 however today I am being told I need to purchase a Sky Go Extra package. I have resorted to watching on my phone for now but it's not ideal. Any help welcome, please.

This is also happening to me.
It's been working fine for years, and now it's stopped working on my PlayStation.
It works fine on my laptops and Ipads.

Nothing has changed at all, which is even stranger.
The fact it's happening to other people on this thread, and they haven't disclosed the answer to the problem, is annoying.

There is no one answer that fits everyone's issue.
To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
