Update - spoken to lively just now. Customer recently changed their subscription and Sky Go Extra was removed. Re-added along with VIP rewards offer.

Hi, I'm having the same issue.  Yesterday I could login and watch SkyGo on my PS4 however today I am being told I need to purchase a Sky Go Extra package.  I have resorted to watching on my phone for now but it's not ideal.  Any help welcome, please.

This is also happening to me. 

It's been working fine for years, and now it's stopped working on my PlayStation. 

It works fine on my laptops and Ipads. 

My PlayStation is registered, and I have skygo

Have you changed your TV package recently or perhaps gone from Sky Q to Sky Glass ?

Nothing has changed at all, which is even stranger. 

The fact it's happening to other people on this thread, and they haven't disclosed the answer to the problem, is annoying.

There is no one answer that fits everyone's issue.

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Update - Spoken to customer, they had sky go extra as part of having their mobile with us but this has unfortunately ended due to the services ending.

Have you made any changes to your account recently, like cancelled anything or changing from Sky Q to Sky Glass ?

So many people on here talking about skygo extra. Free via a vip reward. I signed up to this yesterday & still waiting for some confirmation of access. How do you escalate without sitting on a phone? Thanks
