I keep getting error code 30 and then sky go cuts me off.
how do I resolve this ?

Yes same here. Deleted the app and reinstalled but it still quits and displays the error message. Any ideas?

Yep same here. Error code 30 keep appearing after about 30sec watching on skygo iPhone ios18.1

Same problem here, but not all channels - I think it might just be movies and sport? App and ios fully updated.

I've phoned sky and they're looking into it. !!
No idea what that means ? !!

Thank you, hope we get a solution soon, it probably is an app issue and they will role out an update.

I'm trying to watch Sky Go but the video keeps freezing and Error Code 30 appears on the screen. Does anyone know how to resolve this as its really frustrating.

On my sky go app, error code 30 comes up every 20 minutes or so, closing the channel down. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this

Having the same problem watching movie channels. Sports channels des t seem to be affected. Anyone found a solution

I managed to workaround it by either pausing the stream or rewind by about 20-30secs. That had kept the stream stable.
