Sky Go greyed out
After being passed around by customer service yesterday for 45 minutes, I've been told by cancellations (I didn't ask to speak them) that my sky go service has been disabled and that it's greyed out so can't be reinstated without going to the back technical support, anyone got any ideas for they couldn't say when it would be looked at let alone fixed. Also why is sky customer service so poor?

What do you mean by it is greyed out, on what device is this happening on and when you go to use it was it happening ?
How long have you been a paying Sky TV customer ?

The customer service representative said that the sky go option on his screen was greyed out. The problem is across iPhone, iPad, android phone and Xbox. When going to manage devices through a web browser I still can't remove any devices, if I try via the app it states whoops there's been an error.
when trying to play it states that something gone wrong try again later.
We have been with sky for 22 years.
There is clearly a technical issue at skys end, like I said it's a nightmare trying to deal with them. I wish someone else offered F1.

I have an iPad and suddenly yesterday evening during football on my sky sports app it stopped and a technical error wording appeared and the pickup disappeared.
Is there a problem? How do I solve this as I have tried restarting the iPad which does not help. I don't have a vpn running. Customer over 25 years

Found out problem. I deleted the app totally and then downloaded loaded it again. Now working.
