Sky Go was fine on Xbox but now has stopped
Had sky+ HD then upgraded to Sky Q and had all accessibility to Sky go on various devices but tonight my son isn't able to view football live on Sky Go and gets the message "you can't use sky go on this device yet. Blah blah blah" removed a couple of devices via My Sky but still unable to access the game.

You are going to need to acll Sky about this.
150 is the number from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
