It was working fine until about 10 days ago when it suddenly stopped loading, since then have tried everything, reboots, reloads of app. etc. All I get after it loads with the usual message of checking for updates is this screen:
Selecting the TRY AGAIN button does nothing.
The app works fine on my mobile phone so not my account or logon.
Any further ideas, I don't think anything has changed on my laptop.

I also had a problem getting Sky Go to work on a W11 desktop. After trying multiple fixes (that weren't) it turned out to be a Registry issue. After fixing that Sky Go has worked fine.
