Sky Go technical and access restricted error

This has been going on since october obviously something changed at skys end would it not be worthj while reverting what ever they did to put the old version that worked back on

It's obvious it's an account issue, but the 1st line support are so bad, it's had to be escalated to the Executive Team to be resolved.

I have the exact same problem. Sky have forwarded me this thread to see was there anything useful on it to help.

It suddenly started working.

No explanation,  no apology, no contact.

I cannot login to sky go, tried all sorts. Keep getting an error message. Any ideas?

Still not working, not sure how to link accounts with the link doesn't really help. But appreciate you replies

So went on last night all is working again nothing changed my end 3months not working now it does looks like sky have done something

For those with this issue, it seems Sky are now (very slowly) rolling out a fix on customer accounts, but they won't tell you they've done it.  So just keep trying Sky Go and fingers crossed....

They haven't fixed mine.

I wonder if Google AI picks this up. It says that you have to contact Sky but as many of us know you cannot do that. Google AI should really say, if all else fails give in because Sky won't help you.

Sorted now, rang sky and it was escalated to the technical department. Took some time on the phone and had to have a call back, but eventually got sorted and can now use in my phone and all other devices.
