Sky Go and IOS26 no working correctly

Since updating iPad and iPhone to latest versions of IOS 26 I cannot watch anything other than sky news! Tried on daughters iPad which is on version18 and all works fine. What has gone wrong. Tried all normal suggestions to resolve. Is there a technical issue.

Both my iphone and iPad are running 26.2.1 so have you checked there are no further updates available for either of them ?

That apart what is happening when you try to watch something ?

Hi both are on 26.2.1

i remove app and reloaded and get these messages. However can click forward and get to home page. Latest news will open up and run, all other channels I get the whirl and back arrow does nothing. I then close the app to take it back to home page.

Have you tried a reboot of your broadband router to see if the app will then work on both devices ?

Also are you using either a VPn or the private relay function on them as both will meee disabling if you are.
