Hi, trying to login via Sky Go on my Xbox. Seems to be a new app interface but no longer logging in. Giving me error code (a18b42e2) saying something went wrong please try again. I have deleted and re-installed but same issue. It's playing apple tv fine so no ideas. Can anyone help or shed any light!?

Annie... I mentioned Apple TV as a means of showing the forum that other apps are working and playing through the Xbox so it's not an Xbox issue. I assume you don't have any other useful input?

Getting you an invite to talk to sky is not helping!
If you bothered looking at this forum you'd see loads of xbox users having Sky Go issues thus it is a know problem that is nothing to do with xbox, you did not need to confuse matters by mentioning Apple TV

Hi, I am using the new skygo app. For some reason, I have a feeling that the new Skygo app is not supported by my WiFi. Not sure, on how to work around this ?!

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hello trying to login to skygo on ps4 but keeps saying 'something went wrong please try again error code a18b42e2 could anyone resolve this for me please I've uninstalled and re launched the app to no luck. Thanks

Hi, I downloaded the new version of sky go on my PS4 and as of 21st July 2023 it says something went wrong a18b42e2. I delete the app and re-install with no luck as it won't let me re-enter my details. I am not on a vpn or wi-fi and use a lan connection. Can anyone help as I have reported to sky customer services but not sure if the community has a quicker way as paying for sky and now not able to watch it!
