As per the title this was a topic about login issues with consoles from last year so I take it that whatever issue you are having isn't related to a console ?

 

If so then feel free to provide some more information like what is happening when you try to use the app on your home wifi connection ?

When I try to use the app while using my WiFi it comes up with the same error message as my PS5. An unknown error has occurred. (ff2c5038)

Without the WiFi it works perfectly. once again there has been no updates/changes to my wifi so quite surprising this error has occurred out of nowhere.
