Sky Go on Consoles Log-in Problems

As per the title this was a topic about login issues with consoles from last year so I take it that whatever issue you are having isn't related to a console ?

If so then feel free to provide some more information like what is happening when you try to use the app on your home wifi connection ?

When I try to use the app while using my WiFi it comes up with the same error message as my PS5. An unknown error has occurred. (ff2c5038)

Without the WiFi it works perfectly. once again there has been no updates/changes to my wifi so quite surprising this error has occurred out of nowhere.

Totally Pi-sed off with trying to log inton Sky Go. Seems that every thing that I do is not working. You really do need to sort this mess out. 

Been with Sky for many years maybe too long I just don not need this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am experiencing this same issue where i try to log into sky Q on my PS5 and it gives me the same error msg ff2c5038

Email and password are 100% correct
