Sky Go - missing sports channels

Where have the other channels gone? esp 407 Tennis.

I have great news, the support team just confirmed that the problem has been resolved now and the sports channels are back to normal 😊

**Update:

I am locking this thread down as the problem has been resolved.

If you still experience problems with the Sky Go up, please follow the normal troubleshooting steps.

Missing channels that were there yesterday

Been watching live tennis on channel 407 on sky go until today when it has disappeared. It is available on the TV but not on sky go. Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. Channel 407 Sky Sports Tennis is now missing from Sky Go. I was hoping to watch Nadal this afternoon! Any reason for this?

No skysports racing on sky go app.

Something is definitely a miss as I am missing several sports channels not just sky sports racing 

 

also not seeing 402 - 403 - 404 - 407 - 408 - 412

I was able to find a workaround, if you search 'Live Tennis' , the icon for Live tennis at stuttgart appears and it currently takes you to Barcelona Open.

 

I tried to delete and reinstall the app, but the channel is still not appearing.

Yes I was able to Live Tennis Day 2.

 

I contacted Sky, another workaround is to download Sky Sports app - it worked for me. Hopefully it works for you too!

The live tennis Stuttgart fix didn't work for me either. Particularly strange because I can get 307 on my ipad. No desktop unfortunately.

I've flagged this to sky 

 

I also am missing several channels not just tennis and racing 

 

I cannot get 402/403/404/407/408
