Hi,
I am unable to view any of the content using Sky Go app when I already have the subscription. It says, "To watch the content, please upgrade your subscription" Can someone please help? Thanks.

I followed the link which you sent to select relevant product and clicked on User looking to watch content link. I managed to successfully login so I think my sky id is correctly linked with it.
