Sky Go desktop app not working Windows 11

Everytime I try run the Sky Go app it crashes and closes. I have tried deleting every Sky related folder that has been recommended in the various other discussions (including everything in the bin) and restarting my laptop but the same thing happens. Can this please be escalated as I'm out of ideas?

Im having the same issue....for months now...tried everything in the community pages...no solutions or fixes from Sky...how long will this go on for, Sky ?

I'm also having the same issue. Sky Go app installed. Splash screen loads and then closes.

Tried uninstalling and removing completely as mentioned on other posts but no luck.

Any help much appreciated

Update-We are closing this session now as this matter has been resolved. Please be advised, Citrix or VPN can interfere with how Sky Go operates, be sure to uninstall those if you have them on your device before you launching Go. Thanks.

Hi, I'm also having the same issue here - it crashes on loading every time. have enabled in firewall, reinstalled etc etc. Please help!
