I had the same problem in the summer last year. It has reappeared.
I have Sky Q subscription and hardware, with mini boxes and sky go.
Sky go waws working fine, then stopped and gave me error code 4*2*5*3*0*2*4*4*2*1.
Tried everything suggested in the forums including reinstalling sky go.
Now get a message saying that the device - iPad Air 4 Gen, using OS 18.3.2 - needs to be authorised
All pretty much as last year.
Cannot find anything on website or VIP site on how to authorise a device
Now stuck with a not working sky go.
please advise
